Wholesale Consignment Inspection & Claims

Given the specialized nature of artisanal fragrance formulations and export packaging, specific inspection guidelines apply to all master cartons:

1. Port & Warehouse Receiving Inspection

Consignees must inspect all master cartons and container security seals immediately upon arrival at destination warehouse or port of discharge. Any visible transit damage or seal tampering must be noted directly on the bill of lading (BOL) / delivery receipt.

2. Notice Period for Claims

Claims regarding bottle leakage, breakage, or quantity discrepancy must be reported to our logistics team at info@almasperfume.com within 48 hours of physical receipt, accompanied by high-resolution photographic proof and batch numbers.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and international cosmetic safety regulations, individual perfume bottles or attar vials with opened shrink-wrap or broken inner tamper-evident seals cannot be returned for restock.
